2013 Euro Music Festival and Academy will be held on July 22- August 22, 2013 in Halle(Haendel City), Germany in cooperation with The Martin-Luther University Halle-Wittenberg.
The Academy will be held divided into 3 sessions for one month.

Prof. Akiko Ebi
As a performing musician, Akiko Ebi has actively taken part in music festivals and recording for TV and racio stations and for CD labels all over the world, including her native Japan, Europe, USA, Canada, Latin America, Russia, China, Middle East and Egypt, over the past 30 years.
She won the 41st Music Competition of Japan as a freshman at Tokyo National
She has performed under the baton of Stanisław Skrowaczewski, Vassily Sinaisky, Marek Janowski, Jean Fournet, Zdeněk Košler, Theodor Guschlbauer, Lawrence Foster, Erich Bergel, Rani Calderon, Inoue Michiyoshi, Sado Yutaka, Kobayashi Kenichiro and many other eminent conductors and with orchestras, such as NHK Symphony Orchestra, Yomiuri Nippon Symphony Orchestra, Tokyo Metropolitan Symphony Orchestra, Japan Philharmonic Orchestra, New Japan Philharmonic Orchestra and local symphony orchestras in Sapporo, Kansai, Hiroshima and Kyushu, Orchestre Philharmonique de Radio France, Monte-Carlo Philharmonic Orchestra, Warsaw National Philharmonic Orchestra, Slovak Philharmonic and Luxembourg Philharmonic Orchestra, Argentine National Symphony Orchestra as well as orchestras in Latvia, UK and other countries. In the field of chamber music, she has played a number of times with Ivry Gitlis, Augustin Dumay, Regis Pasquier, Arto Noras, Gautier Capucon, Toyoda Yumino, Angela Hewitt, Michel Dalberto, the Moragues Quintet, the Parisii Quartet and Quatuor Via Nova.
Her recent 2-piano recitals with Martha Argerich have been repeatedly broadcast all over the world. She has taken active part in music festivals, such as Verbier, La Roque d'Anthéron, Lugano, Menton, Cannes, New York IKIF, Texas, Salt Lake City, Duszniki, Enescu, Echternach, La Folle Journée (Nantes, Tokyo, Niigata, Lisbon), Buenos Aires, Toledo, Madrid, Tokyo and Beppu. She has performed in some of the world’s most prestigious music halls, such as Berliner Philharmonie, Gewandhaus, Théâtre des Champs-Élysées, Salle Pleyel, Wigmore Hall, Teatro Colón and Suntory Hall.

Markus Bellheim sprang into prominence after winning the 2000 International Messiaen
Competition in Paris, thus securing a position as one of the most interesting and
multifaceted pianists of his generation. Extensive concert activities have taken him
throughout Europe, to America and the Far East. He has also been a guest in many important festivals and concert series, including the Beethoven Festival in Bonn, Kassel Music Days, La Roque d'Anthéron, Lockenhaus Chamber Music Festival, and the Shanghai Music Spring Festival.
Bellheim has been invited to perform the standard concerto repertoire with the Hessen Radio Symphony Orchestra, the SWR Symphony Orchestras of Baden-Baden and Freiburg, Munich Radio Orchestra, Northern Sinfonia, Orchestre Philharmonique de Nice, and the Malmö Symphony Orchestra. He also performs contemporary music and has appeared with Ensemble Modern, and Ensemble Intercontemporain. In recent years, he has played under the batons of Sylvain Cambreling, Jonathan Nott, Karl Anton Rickenbacher and has worked with composers Steve Reich, György Kurtág and Wolfgang Rihm. Bellheim is also a valued chamber music partner of Ingolf Turban, Eduard Brunner, Marisol Montalvo and the Minguet Quartet.
Stylistic versatility is one of the main aspects of Bellheim's playing, and his particular interest in contemporary music is balanced by his intensive engagement with the works of the classical and romantic periods. In his concerts, he seeks to place modern works alongside the standard repertoire, creating new connections between them and questioning the perceived boundaries that have long separated them.
Markus Bellheim's performances of the complete piano music of Olivier Messiaen have repeatedly drawn an enthusiastic response from international audiences, and he has performed the composer's most important work for piano and orchestra, the Turangalîla Symphony, throughout the world.
Following his critically acclaimed 2008 recording of the solo piano music of Wolfgang Rihm, Bellheim is now busy recording the complete piano works of Messiaen for the NEOS label, in co-operation with Hessen Radio. The first volume, Vingt Regards sur l'Enfant-Jésus was released in September of 2009, and the remaining installments will be following in due course over the next three years. For NEOS, he has also recorded the piano concerto by
Bruno Maderna with the Hessen Radio Symphony Orchestra.
Bellheim is active as a piano teacher at the Hochschule für Musik in Würzburg, and became Professor for Piano at the Hochschule für Musik und Theater in Munich in 2011. He regularly gives masterclasses both in Germany and throughout the rest of the world.
Prof. Takahiro Hoshino
At the age of 4, Takahiro Hoshino began to learn the piano and improvised and played his own music. The following year, he gave his first piano performance. When he was 12, he won The 1st prize in All Japan Youth Music Competition of Hokkaido and 3rd prize in All Japan Youth Music Competition of Tokyo, Japan. From the Following year he studied at
International Summer Academy of the Mozarteum Music Academy, Salzburg, Austria for 3 years and was chosen to be one of the best pianist for the Gala concert every year.
Since 1985 He had studied at the TOHO Gakuen High school of Music, Tokyo, TOHO Gakuen College of Music, and research student, Tokyo. During his musical studies in Tokyo, he won many national prizes, Japan-Austria Culture Society New Artist Audition / All Japan Soloist Contest, Tokyo / Hokkaido International Music Exchange Society “HIMES” Competition, Sapporo / IENAGA MUSIC Office Piano Audition, Tokyo and he had many piano recitals and Gala concerts in Japan. After guraduating from TOHO Gakuen College Of Music, he studied abroad at the Ferenc Liszt Academy of Music, Budapest in 1994 . From 1998 he received scholarship for his studies from Hungarian State.
During his musical studies in Europe, he won many International prizes. Maria Canals International Competition, Barcelona (Special Medalist 4th prize) / Viotti Valsesia （ValsesiaMusica） International Music Competition, Italy(2nd prize) / Cantu International Piano and Orchestra Competition, (1st prize and Public prize ) / Masterplayers International Music & Conductor Competition, Poland & Switzerland (Masterplayers Grand Prize and Honor prize) / TIM ROMA, Italy(Special Honor prize).
He has given many concerts as a soloist with the Moscow Philharmonic Orchestra, and Hungarian symphony Orchestra, Hungarian MAV Symphony Orchestra, Hungary Szolnok Symphony Orchestra, Romanian National State Philharmonic Orchestra, Romanian Craiova Philharmonic Orchestra, Polish Sudeteka Philharmonic Orchestra, Lugano Festival Philharmonic Orchestra and Prague Chamber Philharmonic orchestra. In addition to cities in Japan he has had piano recitals and Gala concerts in several European towns including Salzburg, Lugano, Milan, Florence, Paris, Prague as well as Budapest.
He was invited from at “7th Yong Prague International Music Festival” at Rudolfinum-Dvorak Hall, Prague and “Hungarian 5 Lyra International Music Festival”. And he was given “Hungarian 5 Lyra Prize” for the best talented musicians in 2000, his official debut recital in Tokyo was a great success and highly evaluated by music journals and musicians. One of the journals, “OngakuGendai” appreciated highly his performances and talent on the top page as “One of the best 10 pianists in Japan”.
After that he has given some recitals and joint concerts in Sapporo, Hiroshima, Nagoya, Gifu, Fukuoka as well as Tokyo. Last Autumn he has invited as a soloist with the Sapporo Symphonic Orchestra and Prague Chamber Philharmonic Orchestra.
His CD Albums “LISZT-SCHUBERT”,”Apassionata-Kreisleriana”,”LISZT I”were released by AURORA CLASSICAL and Octavia Record.It was appreciated highly by many Music Magazines.
Until now he had taken lessons from Hiroyasu KAWAHARA, Noriyuki Miyazawa, Sadako MATSUOKA, Etsko TAZAKI, Gyorgy NADOR, Ferenc RADOS, Vincenzo BALZANI, Eric HEIDSIECK.
At present, he performs in concerts and also teaches at UENO Gakuen College of Music,Tokyo and TOHO Gakuen College of Music, Tokyo, Guest Professor of the Sapporo Conservatoire.
